Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales in the trades or home services, are tech-savvy with ServiceTitan experience, and can lift 50+ lbs. This role requires evenings/weekends and a valid driver’s license. Company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or willingness to learn.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors/indoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess needs and deliver solutions.
• Own the sales process from first contact to follow-up.
• Generate leads via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate estimates for service and installations.
• Recommend upgrades for safety and style.
• Coordinate with installation teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up in ServiceTitan.
• Support peers and contribute to team success.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
