You will manage the sales process, prepare estimates, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and recommend solutions.
• Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Recommend products and upgrades to improve safety, appearance, and functionality.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan.
• Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
