Job summary

Guild Garage Group LLC in West Virginia is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to grow our Door Serv Pro business. You will meet homeowners and commercial clients, assess garage door needs, and close projects from initial meet to installation.

You’ll earn through a realistic $100,000–$120,000+ annually after paid training, with uncapped commissions, paid training, and ongoing coaching. A company vehicle and gas card support travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred).
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, commercial & new builder clients to assess garage door needs and recommend solutions.
• Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations.
• Recommend products and upgrades that improve safety, appearance, and functionality.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan.
• Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
