Guild Garage Group LLC's Door Serv Pro is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, commercial clients, and builders to assess garage door needs and recommend solutions. You will manage the full sales process, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a stellar customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred).
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, commercial & new builder clients to assess garage door needs and recommend solutions.
• Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
