You will train under a Regional Sales Manager and progress to closing deals after the initial 13-week period.

The role emphasizes relationship building, driving top-line growth, and using Salesforce to manage the sales funnel in a broad territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to comprehend and follow directions; strong time management skills.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
