Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for the Northern Maryland and Southern Delaware region. You will drive top-line growth, training for 13 weeks, and develop relationships across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors focused on linen, uniforms, and facility services.

The role emphasizes meeting sales quotas, using Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to onboard new customers while expanding Alsco’s market share.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• Time management and territory management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Outside sales experience preferred; college degree helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
