Job summary

Alsco Uniforms and its Columbia, SC branch seek a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train, coach, and help you close new business.

After a 13-week training, you’ll identify new customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored linen and facility services for multiple industries. With a dedicated team, you’ll develop skills, meet financial goals, and help the branch achieve growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with CRM systems to drive results.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers for a smooth transition to service.
