Dal-Tile LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow the countertop market in the Chantilly, VA region. You will service existing customers and drive new business through cold calling, generating sales and expanding the account base.

The role requires frequent fieldwork, weekly calls, and strategic planning to exceed market share targets. A clean driving record and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or some college preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel; Lotus Notes/email experience.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation essential.
• 4 years of prior selling experience; customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly sales calls servicing existing customers and cold calling 4–5 prospects weekly.
• Prepare weekly sales and call reports.
• Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and travel calendar.
• Perform area market analysis of top accounts and top dealers, contractors, and builders.
• Grow market share while maintaining product margin goals.
• Follow up with clients by phone, letters, or email.
