Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college are highly preferred.
• 4 years of prior selling experience.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts weekly sales calls with existing customers and new prospects (4–5 cold calls weekly).
• Prepares weekly sales and call reports.
• Develops monthly strategy for sales calls and travel calendar.
• Performs area market analysis of top accounts and products.
• Researches area market data to tailor sales strategy.
• Grow market share while maintaining product margins.
• Completes Positive Action Forms for displays, racks and sales.
• Uses negotiation skills to place displays and close sales.
• Performs timely client follow-ups by phone, letters, and emails.
• Maintains client files and follows up on programs and projects.
• Provides PK seminars to customers.
• Utilizes On Demand reporting to reach sales goals.
• Performs other duties as required.
