Qualifications

• Clean driving record with reliable transportation.
• 4 years of selling experience.

• Ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share and sales for the Dal-Tile Countertop in the region.
• Conduct weekly sales calls with existing and potential customers (4–5 cold calls per week).
• Prepare weekly sales and call reports and monthly travel calendar.
• Analyze top area accounts and market data to guide sales strategy.
• Grow sales while maintaining product margins and complete follow-up on programs.
