Job summary

Altitude Group seeks an energetic outside sales professional to call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products. You will train online and in your territory, building a personal book of business in a dynamic, supportive team.

You will set your own hours, pursue monthly and quarterly targets, and work with a manager to optimize your performance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional outside sales experience considered.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Call on small to mid-sized businesses in your territory, meeting owners and decision-makers.
• Present and sell supplemental insurance products to employees and groups.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set and manage your own schedule; submit activity and results daily.
