Job summary

Altitude Group is expanding its sales team and seeks a sharp, energetic professional for outside sales in your own territory. Training is provided, including online classroom and hands-on in-territory mentorship. Travel weeks to other territories may occur, but not required.

The ideal candidate is tough-minded, self-starting, and comfortable with rejection. Full-time hours (40 per week) with growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or eligible to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium businesses to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Meet with owners and decision-makers to present products.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
