Altitude Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow with our team. You’ll train in a structured program and canvas in your assigned territory, meeting with business owners to offer supplemental insurance products and services for their employees.

Qualifications

• Must be tough-minded, confident, self-starting.

• Willing to work a full-time 40-hour week.
• Proven or potential track record of high performance in sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small/medium businesses face-to-face.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing servicing.
• Maintain a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
