Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to cover an assigned sales territory. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products, build your own book of business, and work with a supportive team in a growth-oriented culture.

You will receive extensive training, weekly draw pay with commissions, and opportunities for advancement as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell to small and medium businesses in your assigned territory.
• Meet with owners and decision-makers to present insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and scheduled appointments.
• Submit daily sales metrics and activity.
• Participate in training and development programs in your territory.
