Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• License in Health & Life or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent communication and prospecting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium businesses to offer supplemental insurance and services.
• Meet face-to-face with owners/decision-makers in your territory.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Maintain and grow a personal book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and existing clients.
