Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the North Houston area, based in Conroe, TX. You will drive customer sales activities, manage territory accounts, and collaborate with regional teams to achieve revenue goals.

The role requires building relationships, presenting Woodgrain’s mouldings, doors, and windows, and maintaining CRM records. Willingness to travel is expected as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not prerequisite.
• Outside sales experience of at least 1 year, unless currently in another role within our organization.
• Strong communications, time management, relationship-building, and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to establish targets, goals, and opportunities.
• Actively engaged in opportunity pipeline and manage sales quotas, gross margin, YoY growth.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of each step in the sales process.
• Prospect and identify new customers fitting the ideal customer profile.
• Educate customers by presenting features and benefits and proposing solutions.
