Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Distribution Outside Sales Rep in Orlando, FL to manage an assigned territory, grow revenue, and build long-term customer relationships. The role requires traveling to customer locations, presenting Woodgrain’s mouldings, doors, and windows portfolio, and working with a regional team to meet targets.

The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in a distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and expand territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on targets and opportunities.
• Maintain active opportunity pipeline and update CRM with new data.
• Travel to customer sites and present product solutions as needed.
