Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with families, supports them through times of grief, and follows up for referrals.
• Collaborates with Funeral Directors and other staff to provide seamless, high-quality service.
• Presents Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide and educates families on benefits of pre-planning.
• Maintains activity logs and adapts schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet targets.
