Service Corporation International seeks a Pre-Planning Service Advisor (PPSA) to self-start and achieve quota by selling pre-need arrangements and services. You will serve families professionally, compassionately, and timely, with follow-up and referrals core to success and to build enduring relationships.

The role emphasizes lead generation, community networking, and collaboration with funeral staff to present planning guides and address a family's unique needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years college or equivalent experience.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record; Funeral Directors License may be required in some states.
• Sales experience or 1-2 years industry experience; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need arrangements and services to families.
• Generate referrals and build relationships with communities and client families.
• Present the Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families.
• Follow up with families to ensure satisfaction and develop long-term referrals.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service.
