Job summary

Princeton Search Partners is recruiting an Outside Salesperson for the Stuart, FL area on behalf of a leading pool-plumbing wholesale distributor. You will meet with decision makers, visit job sites, and drive revenue growth through proactive account management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years wholesale distribution experience, 2+ years in pool or plumbing wholesale distribution or sales, and proficiency in MS Office. A college degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years wholesale distribution experience required.
• 2+ years in Pool or Plumbing Wholesale Distribution or sales preferred.
• College degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to communicate via email, maintain appointments and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customers through face-to-face meetings and site visits.
• Work with Branch Manager to establish revenue and margin targets.
• Analyze sales reports to grow market share and meet monthly targets.
• Process sales orders, bids, and job information packages.
• Maintain customer profiles and report on activities.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and upsell or cross-sell.
