Qualifications

• Experience estimating and bidding commercial projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and property managers.
• Prepare and submit accurate bids based on project plans and specifications.
• Estimate labor, materials, and timelines for projects.
• Manage accounts and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
