Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is expanding its outside sales team and seeks motivated individuals to inspect homes, present pest control solutions, and close sales. No pest control experience required—we will train you and provide ongoing support.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll visit homes across the region, earn an hourly base plus commissions, and grow with a fast‑growing company. Paid training, company equipment, and performance-based rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, and results‑oriented.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As many as 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest control and home protection solutions.
• Present service options and close sales based on needs.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships and schedule annual inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
