Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present protection options, and close sales. Earn hourly base pay plus commission with paid training and ongoing support from service teams across MO and AR markets.

No pest control experience required—we’ll train you! You’ll conduct about 5–6 home inspections daily, track appointments in FieldRoutes, and build lasting customer relationships while growing with a fast-moving sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
