Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, propose pest and home protection solutions, and close sales with homeowners. No pest control experience is required; training is provided to develop licensing and product knowledge.

You will perform 5–6 home inspections daily, present options, and collaborate with service technicians to uncover additional opportunities while maintaining customer relationships and updating records in FieldRoutes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest and home protection solutions.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
