Lotus Pest Control is growing and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present pest control options, and close sales. You will earn hourly base pay plus commissions and receive paid training.

No pest control experience required — we'll train you. Conduct 5–6 home inspections per day, work with service technicians to identify opportunities, and maintain relationships while tracking sales in FieldRoutes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest and home protection solutions based on customer needs.
• Present service options and close sales.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes and attend daily sales training.
