Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest protection solutions, and close sales. No pest control experience is required—we provide training and ongoing support.

You will conduct 5–6 home inspections daily, present options, and work with technicians to maximize opportunities. Compensation includes hourly base pay plus commissions, with licenses provided or supported.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable and results-oriented.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but candidates from customer service backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ~5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest protection solutions and present service options.
• Close sales based on customer needs and track opportunities.
• Coordinate with service techs to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and schedule follow-ups.
