Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and help homeowners protect their investments. You will earn an hourly base pay plus commissions, with all training provided to get licensed and successful in sales.

You’ll conduct daily home inspections, present options, close sales, and work with technicians to uncover additional opportunities. A driven, coachable candidate who enjoys helping customers will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest and home protection needs.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
