Orkin, a leading pest control company in Salt Lake City, is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to grow our commercial portfolio.

You will explain products, build relationships with diverse industries, and achieve sales goals through prospecting and servicing customers.

We offer a base plus uncapped commissions, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits; training provided and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Act as an empathetic problem solver for commercial clients by leveraging training to recommend the best solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations to customers, explain solutions, and set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements; training included.
