Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will promote Orkin’s pest-control products and services to a variety of industries, building trusted relationships and delivering practical solutions that address customers’ pest problems.

The position offers competitive pay with uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package. Training and support focus on safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold quality and safety.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and propose solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
