Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest management solutions to a variety of industries, leveraging a strong brand, training, and a performance-based compensation plan.

Expect earnings in the first year of roughly $75,000 to $120,000, including base salary and commissions. A company vehicle, mobile devices, and a comprehensive benefits package are included, along with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer's property and explain recommended solutions.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
