Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to promote pest control solutions to diverse industries. You will leverage a strong training program and the Orkin brand to build trusted customer relationships and drive growth.

The role offers an earned compensation model with base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package. No prior industry experience is required, with growth opportunities within a reputable, mission-driven company.

Formación

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of commercial properties
• Make recommendations based on inspections and address customer questions
