Job summary

SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand sales and margins through strategic territory management and excellent customer service. You will build relationships, prepare quotes, and drive revenue growth across a defined territory with significant travel.

The role requires at least one year of outside B2B sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75% (250-mile radius). Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations for customers at all levels.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Utilize CRM to track accounts, calls, opportunities and results.
• Attend training and trade shows as required.
• Travel up to 75% with a 250-mile territory radius.
