Service Partners is hiring an Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in our insulation and building products distribution division. You will manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our brand while pursuing aggressive sales targets with uncapped earnings.

The role requires travel across a 250-mile radius, with overnight stays as needed, and a strong emphasis on presentation, negotiation, and customer service.

Formación

• 18+ years of age
• Valid drivers license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience
• General Contractor/building industry knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of commercial insulation/building envelope/building science a plus
• Understanding of construction drawings

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in the territory
• Independently manage existing customers and new prospecting activity
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively
• Review dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgments
• Perform other duties as assigned
