Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• License: valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; Funeral Director license where required.
• Experience: sales experience or 1-2 years in industry; CRM experience a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: teamwork, ability to work beyond standard hours, driving record, integrity, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and referral development for at-need and pre-need arrangements.
• Prospect families face-to-face, attend events, door knocking or seminars.
• Build relationships with families and provide value-based solutions.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain activity tracking and meet schedule requirements, including nights and weekends.
