Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update prospective client information and notes in CRM.
• Schedule sales appointments including evenings and weekends.
• Meet clients at their residence, Dignity Memorial locations, or virtually; guide through pre-planning.
• Explain insurance/trust product features and complete contracts.
