Sci Corp is seeking a Pre-Planning Service Advisor (PPSA) to drive quota attainment by selling pre-need arrangements and services. The PPSA builds professional, caring relationships with families, follows up for referrals, and develops community ties.

The role emphasizes lead generation, presenting planning guides, and maintaining activity levels across schedules, including evenings and weekends to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience or 1-2 years industry experience.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through networking and referrals.
• Prospect at least 4 hours daily when working 8 hours.
• Follow up with families to obtain referrals.
• Build community relationships and networks.
• Present pre-planning guides to families served and referred.
• Maintain activity levels and productivity metrics.
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
