Job summary

Sysco Connecticut, LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to promote Sysco products and services in the Connecticut territory. You will build new relationships, support existing accounts, and work toward sales and profit goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or related experience, with potential for a car allowance and comprehensive benefits. Travel up to 75% and flexible hours may apply in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in sales or hospitality.
• Outside sales or restaurant management experience considered equivalent.
• Bi-lingual abilities preferred for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to grow profitable sales.
• Research customer needs and offer a tailored mix of products and services.
• Present product information and train customer personnel on use.
• Drive a personal vehicle to accounts and events as needed.
• Route deliveries and resolve order issues with the transportation team.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in training sessions.
