Forge & Build in Remus, MI is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify and foster relationships in construction materials for residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on growing the customer base and ensuring excellent service and timely payment collection.

Compensation includes a $50,000 base plus uncapped commissions, with total compensation exceeding $100,000 annually. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, and compensation reflects market norms for

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints and develop sales strategy.
• Maintains monthly sales quotas and delivers strong customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Present and sell Forge & Build products and services as the single point of contact.
• Maintain knowledge of all product services and updates.
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, developers, homeowners.
• Handle all sales quotes and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Drive growth by providing excellent customer experience and timely payments.
