Forge & Build is hiring an Outside Sales Representative at our Gloversville, NY facility. The role focuses on identifying, generating, and fostering relationships within the construction materials market in the assigned area.

You will present products, build partnerships with contractors, manage quotes, and drive growth with uncapped commissions. Join a team that aims to transform the construction industry with technology-backed solutions and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and develop strategy based on blueprints.
• Maintains monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact that will Present and sell Forge + Build products and services.
• Understands and maintains knowledge of all product services
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, etc.
• Responsible for all segments of the POS systems related to selling materials
• Facilitates and fosters store partnership and collaboration within internal clients
• Responsible for effective and timely communication information to store/internal client
• Develops and provides action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Produces accurate and timely quotes through all product lines and follow up with customers
