Job summary

Forge & Build in Remus, MI is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to identify, generate, and foster relationships within the construction materials market. You will be the single point of contact, present and sell Forge + Build products, and develop quotes to drive growth while maintaining customer experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and a proven track record in outside sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and develop strategy based on blueprints.
• Maintains monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Forge + Build products and services.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of all product services.
• Build and maintain collaborations with contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, etc.
• Responsible for all segments of the POS systems related to selling materials.
• Produce accurate and timely quotes through all product lines and follow up with customers.
• Continuously build and grow customer base through delivering great customer experience.
