Job summary

Forge & Build, located in Calmar, IA, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify and develop relationships with contractors, builders, and developers, driving material sales and ensuring excellent customer experience.

The role involves presenting products, building quotes, and maintaining knowledge of inventory and pricing. Base salary plus uncapped commission; Monday–Friday schedule; full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to sites.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to generate sales and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Forge & Build products and services to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of all product services and price offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and developers.
• Process sales quotes accurately and follow up with customers.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Represent the store and collaborate with internal teams to grow the business.
