Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or rental industry.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation within construction and excavation sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; provide rental solutions.
• Know trench shoring equipment; educate clients on benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with branch team and support center; use Salesforce for records.
• Report and document activities and opportunities.
