Job summary

National Trench Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Rep for the Tampa area. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction/excavation sector, promote trench shoring equipment rental solutions, and drive revenue growth.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline, provide expert product knowledge, and meet sales targets while collaborating with the branch team to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or rental industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within the construction and excavation industry.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and understand their needs.
• Be customer obsessed: Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of trench shoring equipment and its applications.
• Sales Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas regularly.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on territory trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights on market dynamics to branch team and management.
• Collaborate with branch team, Houston Support Center, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work closely with branch and sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Use Salesforce to maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and opportunities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
