Job summary

HydroHelp911 is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Concrete Lifting and Foundation Repair team. You will meet homeowners, evaluate concrete settlement and foundation concerns, and propose solutions with clear, consultative guidance.

Training, leads, and support are provided, along with a company vehicle, fuel card, iPad, and an inside team to back follow-ups. This role emphasizes building trust and closing deals with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or home improvement sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 7–12 scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Inspect settled, cracked, or uneven concrete and foundation concerns.
• Identify the likely cause of settlement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and financing.
• Present proposals and guide homeowners through decisions.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close opportunities.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless service.
