Key Responsibilities

• Estimate 7-12 jobs weekly, involving detailed inspections of primarily crack/damaged/sunken concrete, with the possibility of the occasional foundation repair estimate.
• Thorough diagnosis of settling concrete or structural damage - being the expert eyes on site.
• Engage in consistent follow-ups with homeowners throughout the sales journey to secure deals and foster trust.

• Availability to lead up efforts Monday through Saturday.
• Proficiency with company technology and tools.
