Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives for a full-time, in-home consultative selling role. You will visit homeowners, assess needs, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems.

You’ll rely on company leads and a strong training program to build trusted relationships, close sales, and advance within a growth-driven culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or B2C in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and generate detailed proposals for homeowners.
• Close sales with customers in the home and build relationships for repeat business.
• Track sales leads and report to the branch for initiatives and meetings.
