Job summary

Porcelanosa is seeking an Outside Sales Rep I to drive revenue by building strong client relationships and presenting our premium products in the field. The role targets the A&D community within Atlanta, with a focus on identifying opportunities and expanding the customer base.

You will manage a regional territory, conduct product presentations, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with a team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience; A&D industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive traveling; may require regional traveling.
• Outside sales experience in commercial markets and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets and grow revenue.
• Cover the Atlanta, Augusta & Mississippi territory.
• Identify potential customers and engage key decision-makers in A&D.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
• Use CRM to track customer data and maintain daily activity.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and respond to sales/delivery inquiries.
• Assist in billing disputes and monitor customer margins.
• Provide showroom support and follow up on leads.
• Continuously prospect for new business opportunities and cold-call leads.
• Maintain CRM data and update records regularly.
