Job summary

Porcelanosa is seeking an Outside Sales Rep II in Rockville, MD to drive revenue by building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include product presentations, CRM tracking, contract negotiations, and mentoring junior sales staff.

The role targets the A&D community with a focus on luxury brands and high-end projects. The position offers base salary with commission, competitive benefits, and a collaborative environment in a fast-paced sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in A&D industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience leading sales projects and closing large-scale deals.
• Experience with luxury brands and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets and increase revenue across DC/MD/VA.
• Identify high-potential customers and engage senior decision-makers in the A&D industry.
• Present products with demonstrations tailored to larger or complex customers.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with all interactions and transactions.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and discuss terms of sales and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior sales staff and lead by example in customer interactions.
• Other duties including potential leadership responsibilities within the team.
