Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect customers with high-speed data and communication solutions through in-person visits in your territory.

You will earn a base salary plus incentives with total compensation surpassing $100,000 annually for top performers, plus free and discounted Spectrum services for you and your family. Candidates should be able to travel, work evenings/weekends, and enjoy community interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
