Qualifications

• Experience in outside or B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring or training others in a sales setting.
• Ability to present clearly to individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and tailor insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and questions.
• Shadow and train new reps with hands-on coaching and role-play.
• Lead call reviews and prep sessions to improve team performance.
